TRANSITIONAL
GOVERNMENT SIGNS AGREEMENT WITH AHLU SUNNA
The Transitional Federal
Government (TFG) of Somalia has signed
a power-sharing agreement with the Ahlu
Sunna Waljama’a (ASWJ) group.
The Framework for Cooperation Agreement
was formally signed on 15 March 2010,
in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia during a ceremony
chaired by the Chairperson of the African
Union (AU) Commission, Dr. Jean Ping.
