The meeting of experts which was scheduled to be held in Bata, Equatorial Guinea form 15 to 18 May 2004 to consider the April 2003 Pretoria Conference Documents on elections, Democracy and Governance has been transferred to the AU Headquaters in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, to be held on the same dates.
